Bernard specialises in coordinating complex construction developments, mediating construction disputes and developing management systems to professionalise building surveying and project management.

Daniel Joined B&A in 2014 and has gone on to gain charterships with both the CIOB and RICS. He now leads the building surveying department where he provides support and training to staff, enabling us to provide continuing excellent service to our clients. As a Building Surveyor, Daniel works closely with managing agents & clients from initial planning of the works including surveys and specifications to administrating the projects to completion.

Martin has an extensive background in the construction industry, having worked for the local authority as a tradesman supervisor for 9 years before going on to work as a site foreman for 6 years. At Bishop & Associates, Martin works closely with our managing agents and property management clients where he undertakes contract administration and oversees the successful ongoing delivery of our construction projects.

Karen works closely with the building surveying team by providing daily administration support and communication with clients.

As a building surveyor Paola has experience providing contract administration services in the residential and commercial sectors. She has also acted on behalf of landlords and tenants providing dilapidations advice, has assisted and prepared reinstatement cost assessments, planned preventative maintenance reports, specialist defects reports and schedules of condition.
